Thank you for shopping with Always Different. We appreciate your support and want to be clear about how shipping works.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and typically range from 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Always Different is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
That said, if you experience an issue, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
